Charter is granted in testimony that the Peachtree Roost has been accepted as an
affiliated Club and is hereby invested with all the rights, privileges and
authority of the Association of Old Crows, and by acceptance of this Charter has
assumed all the obligations herein appertaining. ... Witnessed by Warren

PURPOSE
The Peachtree Roost Club of
Old Crows is formed to provide an organization for individuals who, having a
common interest in Electronic Warfare (EW), and who wish to foster and preserve
the art of EW, to promote the exchange and ideas and information in the field of
EW, to recognize the advances and contributions to EW, to document the history
of EW and to commemorate fittingly the memory of fellow Crows.
